- Synthesis method of tris(2-methylallyl)phosphite ester
-
The invention discloses a synthesis method of tris(2-methylallyl)phosphite, which comprises the following steps: 1, adding methylallyl alcohol and triphenyl phosphite into a reaction container, adding crushed inorganic strong base in batches, and controlling the temperature to be less than or equal to 50 DEG C; 2, after the inorganic strong base is added, keeping the temperature at 45-50 DEG C and conducting reacting; 3, after the reaction is finished, adding deionized water, conducting stirring, separating liquid, and taking supernatant; and 4, carrying out drying treatment on the obtained supernatant, and carrying out negative pressure rectification to obtain the final product tris(2-methylallyl)phosphite. The invention has the following advantages: 1, the raw materials are cheap and easy to purchase; 2, the operation steps are simple, and the reaction conditions are mild; and 3, the reaction steps are few, purification is easy, and the purity of the obtained product is high.
