The invention discloses a hernandezine salt prepared from hernandezine and an acid, wherein the acid is at least one of hydrochloric acid, hydrobromic acid, carbonic acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, succinic acid, oxalic acid, trifluoroacetic acid, tartaric acid, ascorbic acid, N-benzoylglycine, L-pyroglutamic acid, L-proline, 2-hydroxyethyl sulfonic acid, acetic acid, benzoic acid, glycine, lysine, arginine, aspartic acid, gallic acid, lactic acid, whey acid, malic acid, citric acid, methanesulfonic acid, benzenesulfonic acid and p-toluenesulfonicacid. The halodiazine salt provided by the invention takes hanfangchin B as a raw material, the halodiazine is prepared through bromination, methoxylation and methylation reactions, the reaction yieldis high, intermediates and products are easy to purify, and the halodiazine can be used for industrial preparation of the halodiazine salt.
