The invention provides a preparation method of 2,4,6-toluene triisocyanate, which comprises the steps of 1, under the catalytic action of nitrogen-doped porous carbon supported palladium, taking 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene as a raw material to obtain 2,4,6-triaminotoluene hydrochloride; and 2, taking 2,4,6-triaminotoluene hydrochloride as a raw material, and carrying out phosgenation reaction and reduced pressure distillation to prepare 2,4,6-toluene triisocyanate. The catalyst nitrogen-doped porous carbon loaded palladium adopted by the invention has the characteristics of simple preparation, low palladium loading capacity, efficient catalysis and reusability, and the production cost can be obviously reduced. Each step has the advantages of simple operation, high reaction conversion rate, easyseparation and collection of intermediate and final products, and the like. The preparation method has the advantage of low overall difficulty. Moreover, all intermediate products in the method are high in reaction activity, can be fully reacted, have few by-products, and are more beneficial to realizing high-quality production of 2,4,6-toluene triisocyanate.

- Process for converting and recycling waste TNT

The invention discloses a process for converting and recycling waste TNT. The method comprises the following steps: by taking waste TNT as a raw material, Pd/C as a catalyst, hydrogen as a reducing agent and one of methanol, chloroform, toluene and acetone as a solvent, performing catalytic hydrogenation in a high-pressure reaction kettle to prepare 2, 4, 6-triaminotoluene, and reacting at normaltemperature to obtain 2, 4, 6-triaminotoluene hydrochloride. The method comprises the following steps: by taking triaminotoluene hydrochloride and triphosgene as raw materials and chlorobenzene as a solvent, dissolving triphosgene in chlorobenzene (chlorobenzene is dewatered by a molecular sieve in advance), adding the triphosgene solution into the triaminotoluene hydrochloride solution, cooling to room temperature, filtering, and carrying out reduced pressure distillation to obtain TTI; according to the process method for converting the waste TNT into the toluene-2,4,6-triisocyanate(TTI), theproblem that normal service guarantee of troops is affected due to the fact that a large number of waste TNTs are stacked in a storehouse can be solved, the waste TNT without utilization value can beconverted into high-value chemical products, and economic benefits are improved.
