The invention relates to a continuous preparation method of tri(2,3-dichloropropyl)phosphate, which includes the steps of: according to ratio, continuously adding phosphorus oxychloride, epoxy chloropropane and a catalyst into esterification reaction kettles to perform a reaction, wherein the esterification reaction is carried out at different temperatures in different reaction kettles, thereby obtaining an esterification reaction crude product in an auto-overflow manner between the reaction kettles; and water-washing and neutralizing-washing the crude product and performing pressure reduced dehydration to obtain a tri(2,3-dichloropropyl)phosphate-TDCP finish product. The method allows continuous production of the tri(2,3-dichloropropyl)phosphate-TDCP, is low in labor intensity, has simple operations and short production period, is economical and environment-friendly, is high in production efficiency, can satisfy demands in industrial-scale production, and is suitable for being industrially promoted.

- Epoxy ether cleaving reactions catalyzed by supporting Lewis acidic ionic liquid

Lewis acidic ionic liquids were used to catalyze the reaction of epoxypropane with POCl3. Considering the lower cost and catalytic activities, we concluded that [Et3NH]Cl/AlCl3 was the most attractive ionic liquid from an economical point of view. But it would be easily inactivated because of sensitive to water and air. Moreover, it could not be reused easily because of difficulty recovery in the reaction. However, supporting [Et3NH]Cl/AlCl3 catalyst could resolve above problems. Supporting [Et3NH]Cl/AlCl3 catalyst could be separated by filter easily and reused 5 times in 98% yield. Furthermore, the catalyst was applicable to other epoxy ether cleaving reactions.
