The invention relates to a substituted propylene-2-ene-1-one compound shown as a formula (I), or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt, polymorphism, tautomer, stereoisomer, hydrate, solvent compound orisotope variant thereof. The compound is prepared from a PPARalpha agonist and a PPARdelta agonist, so that the compound can be applied to a method for treating and/or preventing diseases caused by PPARalpha and/or PPARdelta, such as a method for treating non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.
