SOLUTION: The present invention provides a fluorine-containing siloxane compound produced by making a dihydroxy siloxane compound react with a fluoroalkyl-substituted silane compound, then a silane compound having a reactive group, and a coating agent comprising the fluorine-containing siloxane compound and a liquid medium.
