Colorless and odorless liquid plastic lubricant and synthesis method
-
Paragraph 0012-0019, (2018/04/01)
The invention belongs to the technical field of fine chemical engineering, and relates to a novel lubricant for plastic processing, namely a 2-(glycerol di-iso-caprylate)adipate product which is a main functional raw material for complexing a lubricant and a stabilizer during plastic processing. The invention aims to provide a colorless and odorless liquid plastic lubricant which is extremely highin compatibility with other auxiliary stabilizers added into an organic tin stabilizer, a plasticizer, and polyhydric alcohol, organic tin, zeolite, phosphite ester, beta-diketone and the like whichare added into a Ca/Zn compound, relatively good in synergistic effect and high in cost performance.
Preparation method for diisooctyl adipate
-
Paragraph 0022-0028, (2017/03/17)
The invention relates to a preparation method for diisooctyl adipate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) an esterification reaction step: putting adipic acid, isooctanol and concentrated sulfuric acid in a weight ratio of 1:2.2:(0.002-0.005) in a reaction kettle, adjusting the vacuum degree to 300-400 mmHg, and meanwhile, heating the kettle to boiling to conduct a reaction; (2) a washing step; (3) a dealcoholization step; (4) a refining step: adding a refining agent into a dealcoholized crude product of diisooctyl adipate, wherein the weight ratio of the refining agent and the adipic acid is (0.005-0.01):1, and stirring the mixture for 0.5-1.5 hours for refining; and (5) a filtering step; wherein the refining agent is prepared from the components of calcium hydroxide, magnesium sulfate, active carbon and silicon dioxide in a weight ratio of 1:1:2:1 through mixing. In the refining step, as the refining agent is used, the obtained product is light in color. The product can be sold without high vacuum refining treatment, and the quality of the prepared product fully satisfies the technical index requirement.
