-
Paragraph 0034; 0066-0069, (2020/08/29)
The invention discloses a method for synthesizing 2-methoxytrimethylpurine diketone by taking cyanamide as a raw material. According to the method, the cyanamide is used as the raw material and reactswith methyl alcohol and hydrochloric acid through the following eight steps in total: reacting with ethyl cyanoacetate and sodium methoxide; reacting with dimethyl sulfate; reacting with sodium nitrite; reacting with (NH4) 2S; reacting with ethyl chloroformate; reacting with sodium methoxide to obtain a corresponding intermediate; and finally, reacting with dimethyl sulfate to obtain the product. The synthesis method provided by the invention has the advantage that the raw materials are easily available. The synthetic route is green and safe, the reaction conditions are not harsh, and the yield is good. The method provides a reliable and safe synthetic route for artificial synthesis of the 2-methoxytrimethylpurine diketone, and the synthetic route can be used for industrial production ofthe compound in the future.
