The present invention relates to an application of an LJ intramolecular isomerization reaction in a palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction. According to the present invention, phosphorus pentahalide is adopted to replace a palladium metal catalyst, such that the yield of the existing most palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions is improved, the cost is reduced, and the palladium catalyst can basically not be used in the new cross-coupling reaction generating the C-C bond in the future to achieve the same excellent effect.
