Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 21499-24-1 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 2,1,4,9 and 9 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 2 and 4 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 21499-24:
(7*2)+(6*1)+(5*4)+(4*9)+(3*9)+(2*2)+(1*4)=111
111 % 10 = 1
So 21499-24-1 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

, p. 263 - 270 (2021)
A pilot study on the ethanol extracts of Agrimonia pilosa found to have anti-α-glucosidase and anti-inflammatory activities. Subsequent chemical study afforded a new phenylethyl isocoumarin glycoside (1) and eight known compounds (2-9). The structure of 1 was elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic analysis and chemical transformations. All compounds showed modest α-glucosidase inhibitory activity (IC50 values ranging from 36.8 to 210.7 μM), which was lower than that of the positive control acarbose (IC50=301.9 μM). Those compounds except inactive compounds 3 and 6 showed weak anti-inflammatory activity. (Figure presented.).

experimental part, p. 1925 - 1929 (2011/02/28)
Phytochemical investigation of the methanolic extract from the aerial parts of Agrimonia pilosa led to the isolation of three compounds, (-)-aromadendrin 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), desmethylagrimonolide 6-O-β-d- glucopyranoside (2), and 5,7-dihydroxy-2-
