Usage

General Description

Methyl 3-amino-5-chlorobenzoate, also known as ethyl anthranilate, is a chemical compound with the molecular formula C9H9NO2Cl. It is a derivative of benzoic acid and is commonly used as a flavoring ingredient in food and beverages. It has a sweet, floral, and fruity odor, similar to that of grape.
