Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 7081-53-0 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 7,0,8 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 5 and 3 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 7081-53:
(6*7)+(5*0)+(4*8)+(3*1)+(2*5)+(1*3)=90
90 % 10 = 0
So 7081-53-0 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
