  • In modern life, because of the busy work, people begin to pay less attention to breakfast and lunch, while lay great emphasis on supper. However, such a habit is very harmful to human health. If you do not pay attention to some notices when eating supper, it may cause serious damage on your body.

    First all of, do not eat supper too late.
    Medical experts point out that, eating supper as early as possible is a good way to promote human health. The study shows that, eating dinner early can greatly reduce the incidence of urinary tract stones. This is because the peak time for the emission of calcium is generally 4 to 5 hours after meals. If you eat dinner too late, when the peak time for the emission of calcium comes, you have already fallen asleep. In such a case, the urine will be retained in the ureter, bladder, urethra and other urinary tract and can not be excreted from the body in time. This will increase the calcium in urine and gradually lead to stones. As a result, it is appropriate to eat dinner at about 6 o'clock in the evening.

    Secondly, do not eat too much fatty food at supper.
    According to scientific studies, if you eat too much meat, eggs, milk and other high-protein food, it will increase the calcium in urine. On the one hand, it will reduce the storage of calcium in the body, which may induce rickets in children, myopia in adolescents, and osteoporosis in middle-aged and elderly people.     Thirdly, do not eat too much at supper.
    Compared with breakfast and lunch, you should eat less food at supper. If you eat too much at supper, it may increase the level of cholesterol, stimulate the liver to produce more low-density lipoprotein, thus inducing atherosclerosis. What's more, it will also stimulate the secretion of a large number of insulin. This will often lead to the early failure of insulin β cells, and then cause diabetes. In addition, eating too much food at supper may also cause great pressure on the stomach, intestines, liver, gallbladder, pancreas and other organs, which is harmful to human health.
