JIANGSU SKYRUN CORPORATION ( China (Mainland))

Jiangsu Skyrun Corporation, founded in 1973, originally named as Jiangsu Textiles Import & Export Group Corporation, is one of subsidiary companies of Skyrun International Group. the Corporation owns 14 holding companies has become involved in such fields as real estate, manufacturing, trade, transportation and third-industry. The Corporation is engaged in export fields such as costumes, face fabric, household textiles, trunks/bags and electromechanical commodities, and fields of import and domestic trade such  as paper pulp, paper sheets, timber, chemical products, non-ferrous metal, complete equipment and cotton. Moreover, the Corporation has established commercial relations with more than 120 countries or regions, and more than 20 trademarks in more than 30 countries or regions. In 2004, the Corporation succeeded in listing at Shanghai Stock Exchange with stock certificate code 600981. In recent years, the amounts of import and export have approached US$ 300,000,000 respectively, and have enjoyed worldwide popularity in the international textile foreign trade circle.

It has been awarded as Provincial Excellent Work-Team by People’s Government of Jiangsu Province for 7 consecutive sessions over 14 years. In 2007, the Corporation won such awards as Jiangsu Excellent Leadership State-Owned Enterprise, Jiangsu Innovation Pilot Enterprise, Jiangsu Famous Export Trademark, Excellent Root-Level CPC Party Branch and Jiangsu Excellent Democratic Management Work-Team etc. At the beginning of 2008, the Corporation won the title of National Excellent Commercial Affairs Work-Team issued by the Commerce Ministry and Personnel Ministry of China.
