At present, Hualu-Hengsheng has four holding subsidiaries. Its core holding enterprise, Shandong Hualu-Hengsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. (stock name “Hualu-Hengsheng”, stock code 600426) was listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange in June 2002. It has grown rapidly after being listed and become one of the top 100 listed companies in Shenzhen and Shanghai Stock Exchanges with overall competitiveness. It was recognized by the investors as one of the listed companies with the greatest investment value. Dezhou Thermoelectricity Co., Ltd. is the largest designated unit of industrial and residential heating supply integratedly in Dezhou, covering 70% of the urban centralized heating area.

Hualu-Hengsheng has a technology development center and a plan and research institute at provincial level, with more than 800 professional and technical personnel, more than 20 national patents and a large number of core technologies, and with a relatively strong capability for technological research and development, engineering design and production management.
