    Derivation:
    From Aspidosperma quebracho and Quebracho lorentzi, imported as logs from Argentina.
     
    Grade:
    Liquid: 35–37% tannin. Solid: 65% tannin.
     
    Use:
    Vegetable tanning, retanning of chrome-tanned upper leathers, dyeing, ore flotation, oil-well drilling fluids, flavoring.
