A white paste, the most important of the naphthenic acid salts, commercial samples have consistency of grease, but this will vary with source and manner of processing. Excellent emulsifying and foam-producing properties, low hydrolytic dissociation.

Use:

Detergent, emulsifier, disinfectant, manufacture of paint driers.
