Use of Dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane:  Dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane reacts with chloro-dimethyl-silane to produce 1,13-Dihydrohexadecamethyloctasiloxan, with the following condition: reagent: H2O; catalytic agent: SO2; solution: hexane; yield: 97%; other condition: ambient temperature.

Production method of Decamethylcyclopentasiloxane: 1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-disiloxane reacts with decamethyl-cyclopentasiloxane to produce dodecamethyl-cyclohexasiloxane and iodo-dimethyl-silane, with the following condition: reagent: I2; yield: 50%.
