Preparation: this chemical can be prepared by methylamine and (2-chloro-ethyl)-dimethyl-amine; hydrochloride. This reaction will need solvent H2O. The reaction time is 60 min at ambient temperature. The yield is about 97%.



Uses of Dimethyl(2-(methylamino)ethyl)amine: it can be used to produce N,N'-Dimethyl-N'-(2-hydroxy-aethyl)-aethylendiamin at temperature of 35 °C. It will need solvent methanol with reaction time of 3 hours. The yield is about 68%.
