  • Uses Succinimidyl carbonate/NHS functionalized cyclooctene derivative for incorporation of the cyclooctene moiety into amine containing compounds or biomolecules. Cyclooctenes are useful in strain-promoted copper-free click chemistry cycloaddition reactions with 1,2,4,5-tetrazines.
