Uses
Glucopeonidin is an anthocyanin compound found in the skin of red grapes and wines produced from them. It is an antioxidant that helps reduce oxidative stress in species. Peonidin 3-O-glucoside chloride (P3G) has been used as a phytochemical and inflammasome modulator to test its inhibitory effects on Melanoma 2 (AIM2) inflammasome.
