 SCH 20569 (56391-56-1) is similar to Antibacterial spectrum , Gentamicin , Tobramycin , west shuttle mycin , and, Amikacin . but it is more effective than Staphylococcus and Enteric bacteria ,but less for suppressing Pseudomonas aeruginosa and bacteria of Puluo Wei Marsden .It has been used for respiratory infections, skin and soft tissue infections, urinary tract infections, wound infections, bone and joint infections, postpartum infections, gastrointestinal tract and biliary tract infection, sepsis and so on.
