1.Properties: Tetrahydro-1,4-oxazinylmethylcodeine (509-67-1) is odorless, bitter taste; aqueous react alkaline . soluble in acetone or chloroform,, soluble in water and ether, dissolved in dilute hydrochloric acid.
2.Pharmacological effects: This product has a central antitussive effect similar to codeine phosphate, but also has sedative and analgesic effect, but it's addictive is weaker than codeine phosphate.
3.Consumption usage:Oral: 1 5 ~ 15mg, 1 3 times a day. Maximum dose: 60mg / d.
