Its nature is highly lipophilic, easily accumulate in the skin, nails, and fat tissue. Terbinafine Hcl is orally active, antimycotic allylamine related to naftifine.It's a specfic inhibitor of squalene epoxidase,and also a key enzyme in fungal Ergosterol biosynthesis.
