The Germanium telluride is metallorganics that the fomular is GeTe. With the CAS registry number 12025-39-7, its IUPAC name is germanium; tellurium. The other registry numbers are 11073-85-1, 26722-44-1 and 51682-06-5. It is black crystal which is stable under normal temperature and pressure. In addition, this chemical must be avoided light, fire and high temperature. It shows semimetallic conduction and ferroelectric.
