Uses of this chemical: The Disiloxane,1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-1,3-di-2-propen-1-yl- could react and obtain the 2,2,7,7-Tetramethyl-2,3,6,7-tetrahydro-[1,2,7]oxadisilepine. This reaction needs the reagent of Mo(CHCMe2Ph)(N-2,6-diisopropylphenyl)(OCMe(CF₃)₂)₂. The yield is 95 %. In addition, this reaction should be taken at the temperature of 25 °C.
