Diisopropyl phosphite (1809-20-7) is a dedicated pesticide intermediates. Through the synthesis of O, O-diisopropyl sulfide (alcohol) on behalf of the ammonium phosphate, thereby to prepar organophosphorus fungicide Iprobenfos .
It is obtained by the reaction of isopropyl alcohol directly with phosphorus trichloride:
3 (CH3) 2CHOH + PCl3 → [(CH3) 2CHO]2POH +2 HCl ↑ + (CH3)2CHCl
Then take the continuoued speed of isopropyl alcohol(215 kg / h) and phosphorus trichloride (150 kg / h) [the ratio of 3:1 (mol)] to be mixed to have the violent reaction. And ruled out the resulting hydrogen chloride gas from the mixture of mercury quickly by vacuum, and take the resulting crude ester into the falling-film for being heated, and further de-acid, leave the deacidification device in 120 ~ 130°C temperature, and last take them to below 40 ℃.Now, that is the product (content: 92% ~ 95%, the yield of 95% ~ 98%).
