Propanoic acid,3-hydroxy-2-(hydroxymethyl)-2-methyl- (CAS NO.4767-03-7) could be stable under normal temperatures and pressures. It should avoid the condition like incompatible materials, excess heat. It is not compatible with strong oxidizing agents, strong bases.
