Production

5-Dimethoxy-4-chloro-acetyl acetanilide 29.91g with 500kg of water and 40% sodium hydroxide 10kg mix, add 50kg sodium acetate, dropping acid 85kg. In the 5 ~ 10 °C
coupling with the diazonium salt and continue stirring 30 ~ 60min, heated to 90 ~ 95°C and maintain a 30 ~ 60min. Filtration, drying.
