Uses
Anilofos (64249-01-0) can be used as herbicides within the absorption of organic phosphorus. Pharmacy absorpted through root, then stop growing and finally make it dead. It can control in rice for monocots, such as barnyard grass, Cyperus difformis, Cyperus grass, Monochoria grass, fescue, steadily grass, flowing grass. And it has a good effect in the early spraying, but can not completely controll while late spraying.
Production
It happens alkylation reaction: Take 0.376mol chloroaniline and 2 - bromopropane hybrid for heating, in a certain reaction temperature for several hours.Then cooling, and add sodium hydroxide solution mixing layer, then get reservoir by being washed with water to neutral, and water-layer is extractedwith solvent .At last combine reservoir, and take them off dissolved to get purple liquid 64g,and then obtains 4 - chloro-N-isopropyl-aniline, the yield of 95% ~ 98%.
