Chemistry

1.. An enzyme derived from the testes of mammals that hydrolyze glass polysaccharides, a white or yellowish powder, soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol, acetone, or ether. Odorless. Stability is good, 420C continuous heating, 60min vitality without loss, 1000C continuous heating 5 min, vitality can be retained 80%. It is easy to inactivate in low concentration aqueous solution and can be protected against inactivation by gelatin or Arabia gum. Fe2+ and Cu2+ ions have reversible inhibitory effects on enzymes. Pb2+, Hg2+, Ni, 2+ and plasma have no obvious effect on enzyme activity. In the presence of sodium chloride (0.15mol/L) or protamine sulfate, the inhibitory effect of chondroitin sulfate, B (heparin), heparan sulfate, heparan sulfate, heparin sodium, and high concentration of hyaluronic acid on the inhibition of hyaluronidase could be reversed.
Hyaluronic acid enzyme injection is glass acid enzyme plus proper excipient, and the freeze-dried aseptic product is white or white like freeze-dried lump or powder. The aqueous solution is unstable and should be prepared before use.

Uses
