5-Aminoisophthalic acid(99-31-0) can be used as contrast agents and dye materials.
Production
With isophthalic acid as raw materials in sulfuric acid and nitric acid for nitration to generate 5 - nitro-isophthalic acid, and then in the presence of a catalyst, derived from high-pressure hydrogenation.
