137206-97-4 Usage
Description
DMPQ 2HCl (137206-97-4) is a potent and selective inhibitor of PDGFRβ, IC50=80 nM. Greater than 100-fold more selective compared to EGFR, erB2, p56, PKA and PKC. Cell permeable.
Uses
DMPQ dihydrochloride is a selective an a potent inhibitor of human platelet-derived growth factor receptor β (PDGFRβ).
Biological Activity
A potent and selective inhibitor of human vascular β -type platelet derived growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase (PDGFR β ) (IC 50 = 80 nM). Displays > 100-fold selectivity over EGFR tyrosine kinase, erbB2, p56, protein kinase A and protein kinase C.

Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 137206-97-4 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,3,7,2,0 and 6 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 9 and 7 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 137206-97:
(8*1)+(7*3)+(6*7)+(5*2)+(4*0)+(3*6)+(2*9)+(1*7)=124
124 % 10 = 4
So 137206-97-4 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

A Convenient Synthesis of 3-(4-Pyridinyl)quinolines
Singh, Baldev,Lesher, George Y.
, p. 1453 - 1454 (2007/10/02)
3-(Arylamino)-2-(4-pyridinyl)acroleins 3 prepared by reacting anilines 1 with 3-(dimethylamino)-2-(4-pyridinyl)acrolein (2) were cyclized with phosphorus oxychloride or acetic acid to give 3-(4-pyridinyl)quinolines 4.
