Four coumarins, three dihydrochalcones, (-)-epi-gallocatechin and two flavonol rhamnosides have been isolated from the leaves and branches of Esembeckia grandiflora subsp. grandiflora (Rutaceae) and their structures elucidated.The coumarin B, 2, and dihydrochalcones F1, F2 and F3 (4, 5 and 6, respectively) are novel compounds.Laevorotatory heraclenol, 3, is reported for the first time.
