The prostate cancer serum PSA is detected and combined, the diagnosis accuracy of prostate cancer can be effectively improved, the puncture diagnosis requirement of patients in the grayscale range of the serum PSA is avoided, and further excessive diagnosis and excessive treatment can be avoided.
