100678-32-8 Usage
Uses
Different sources of media describe the Uses of 100678-32-8 differently. You can refer to the following data:
1. Cardiac
depressant (anti-arrhythmic).
2. Cibenzoline Succinate acts as a highly active class I antiarrhythmic agent.
General Description
Cibenzoline also called (±)-2-(2,2-diphenylcyclopropyl)-2-imidazoline succinate, is generally used in stereo combination of R(+) and S(?) forms. It also exhibits anticholinergic activity.. Cibenzoline is known to improve left ventricular diastolic dysfunction by reducing left ventricular pressure gradient.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Cibenzoline is a class IA antiarrhythmic drug. Cibenzoline (μM concentrations) blocks ATP-sensitive K channels in heart and pancreatic cells. Cibenzoline interacts with the channel pore-forming subunit of the K(ATP) channel (Kir6.2) from the cytoplasmic side. Cibenzoline also inhibits the delayed rectifier K current [I(Kr)] in sino-atrial node cells.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 100678-32-8 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,0,0,6,7 and 8 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 3 and 2 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 100678-32:
(8*1)+(7*0)+(6*0)+(5*6)+(4*7)+(3*8)+(2*3)+(1*2)=98
98 % 10 = 8
So 100678-32-8 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
