The present invention relates to the field of organic electroluminescent devices, and discloses a compound containing a triazine group, and applications thereof, and an organic electroluminescent device, wherein the compound has a structure represented by a formula (1), a formula (2) or a formula (3), A represents a triazine group, the hydrogen on at least one carbon atom of the triazine group issubstituted by aryl, B represents a fluorene group, the two hydrogen on the carbon atom of the methylene on the five-membered ring of the fluorene group are respectively substituted by alkyl, and C represents a silicon group linked to at least two phenyl. According to the present invention, the new compound containing the fluorene group, the phenyl silicon group and the triazine group can increasethe triplet state energy level of the material, and can make the material simultaneously have high hole mobility and high electron mobility. Silanylamine-based compounds represented by Formula I are provided. Methods of preparing the compounds and organic light emitting devices including organic layers comprising the silanylamine-based compounds are also provided. The silanylamine-based compounds have excellent electrical stability and hole transporting capabilities. Thus, the silanylamine-based compounds may be effectively used for red, green, blue, and white fluorescent and phosphorescent materials used to form hole injection layers, hole transport layers, and emissive layers in organic light emitting devices. Organic light emitting devices using these compounds have high efficiency, low driving voltages, high luminance and long lifetimes.
