Crystal structure analysis of a 1,2,3,4-tetra-O-acetyl-5-deoxy-5-phenylphosphinyl-D-ribo-pyranose derivative

X-Ray crystallographic analysis was performed on a single crystal of 1,2,3,4-tetra-O-acetyl-5-deoxy-5-phenylphosphinyl-D-ribo-pyranose derivative. The compounds have the (Rp) configuration at the phosphorus atom with the 4C1 conformation for the pyranose ring.
