New thiolphosphoric acid-S-4-nitro-2-trichloromethylphenyl esters of the formula STR1 where X denotes oxygen or sulfur, and R1 and R2 are identical or different and each denotes a substituted or unsubstituted aliphatic radical of 1 to 18 carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted alicyclic radical of 5 to 18 carbon atoms, processes for their manufacture, fungicides containing these compounds as active ingredients, their manufacture, and processes for combating fungi with these novel compounds.
Pyrazoline compounds having insecticidal activity
-
, (2008/06/13)
It has been found that novel pyrazoline compounds have a strong and specific biocidal activity against arthropods and especially insects. In addition to their more direct biocidal activity the novel compounds influence the pattern of motion of arthropods, which results in uncoordinated movements. A highly active substance is, for example, 1-(4-chlorophenylcarbamoyl)-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(4-isopropoxyphenyl)-Δ2 -pyrazoline. After the substances have been worked up into preparations they can be used for controlling arthropods and especially insects which are pests in agriculture and horticulture and in industrial products.
