Usage

General Description

N-Cyclopropyl-1-iMidazolecarboxaMide, also known as CPI-608, is a chemical compound belonging to the class of imidazolecarboxamides. It is a novel and potent inhibitor of the enzyme dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH), which plays a crucial role in the de novo pyrimidine biosynthesis pathway.
