The invention discloses a high-temperature SRB bactericide. The main component of the high-temperature SRB bactericide is 1-propyl-2-nonyl pyridine bromide, and the mole ratio of the respective raw material reactants is: pyridine: capric acid: bromopropane=(1 to 1.3):1:(1 to 1.2). The high-temperature SRB bactericide meets the production requirement of a high-temperature oil field and a high-temperature industrial water treatment system, and can efficiently kill high-temperature-resistant SRB with low concentration, so that generation of hydrogen sulfide is suppressed, and corrosion and blocking on equipment and pipelines are reduced. Meanwhile, the medicament belongs to a low-toxicity product, and cannot damage an ecological system of the site and the surrounding water domain during discharging.
