Paragraph 0038-0099; 0119; 0129; 0137; 0144; 0150-0151, (2021/02/10)
The invention provides a synthesis method of a ceramic ink solvent, which comprises the following steps: by using palmitic acid and isooctyl alcohol as raw materials, adding a solid acid catalyst to synthesize a ceramic ink solvent isooctyl palmitate. The solid acid catalyst is formed by taking aluminum oxide as a carrier, taking ferric oxide nanoparticles and stannic oxide nanoparticles as activeingredients and loading sulfate ions. The solid acid catalyst is controllable in morphology, large in specific surface area and good in stability, shows high catalytic activity on isooctyl palmitateserving as a ceramic ink solvent synthesized by esterification reaction, and can enable the isooctyl palmitate to have the characteristic of high conversion rate; and in the synthesis process of the isooctyl palmitate, the solid acid catalyst can be recycled, the synthesis cost can be reduced, the synthesis process is green and environment-friendly, and the synthesized isooctyl palmitate has the characteristics of stable performance, non-toxic volatile matter, low viscosity, moderate surface tension and the like, and is suitable for being used as a ceramic ink solvent.
Preparation method and application of isooctanol carboxylate

Paragraph 0054-0061, (2020/11/12)
The invention relates to a preparation method and application of isooctanol carboxylate. The method comprises the step of subjecting carboxylic acid to a reaction with isooctanol in the presence of imidazole sulfonate ionic liquid to obtain the isooctanol carboxylate. According to the method, the sulfonic acid imidazole ionic liquid is used as a catalyst for a reaction of carboxylic acid and isooctanol, an esterification reaction can be carried out under a solvent-free condition, reaction time is short (3 hours), and a conversion rate is high (up to 90% or above); a finished product can be obtained by distillation, the feeding amount of single-kettle reaction materials is large, and the ionic liquid can be recycled; and a large amount of a solvent is not needed, and the process of productseparation is simple and environment-friendly. The isooctanol carboxylate obtained by using the preparation method can be used for preparing modified organic silicon microspheres.
