Application of rare earth amide in catalysis of aza-Henry reaction
-
Paragraph 0099; 0100, (2019/07/04)
The invention relates to an application of a rare earth amide in catalysis of an aza-Henry reaction. The application comprises the following steps: an imine compound represented by a formula (1) and nitromethane are subjected to a reaction in an organic s

A simple and efficient way to β-nitroamines via aza-Henry reaction of N-tosyl ketoimines and nitromethane has been developed. In the presence of only 5 mol% Na2CO3, most of the N-to-syl ketoimines can react to give products in good to excellent yields (up to 99%) in THF at room temperature.
