Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 110452-37-4 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,1,0,4,5 and 2 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 3 and 7 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 110452-37:
(8*1)+(7*1)+(6*0)+(5*4)+(4*5)+(3*2)+(2*3)+(1*7)=74
74 % 10 = 4
So 110452-37-4 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Phosphine-free ruthenium complex-catalyzed synthesis of mono- Or dialkylated acyl hydrazides via the borrowing hydrogen strategy

Joly, Nicolas,Bettoni, Léo,Gaillard, Sylvain,Poater, Albert,Renaud, Jean-Luc

supporting information, p. 6813 - 6825 (2021/05/29)

Herein, we report a diaminocyclopentadienone ruthenium tricarbonyl complex-catalyzed synthesis of mono- or dialkylated acyl hydrazide compounds using the borrowing hydrogen strategy in the presence of various substituted primary and secondary alcohols as alkylating reagents. Deuterium labeling experiments confirm that the alcohols were the hydride source in this cascade process. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations unveil the origin and the threshold between the mono- and dialkylation.

Direct Catalytic Symmetrical, Unsymmetrical N,N-Dialkylation and Cyclization of Acylhydrazides Using Alcohols

Thiyagarajan, Subramanian,Gunanathan, Chidambaram

, p. 6617 - 6622 (2020/09/02)

Herein, direct N,N-dialkylation of acylhydrazides using alcohols is reported. This catalytic protocol provides one-pot synthesis of both symmetrical and unsymmetrical N,N-disubstituted acylhydrazides using an assortment of primary and secondary alcohols w

Reductive alkylation of hydrazine derivatives with α-picoline-borane and its applications to the syntheses of useful compounds related to active pharmaceutical ingredients

Kawase, Yasushi,Yamagishi, Takehiro,Kato, Jun-Ya,Kutsuma, Teruo,Kataoka, Tadashi,Iwakuma, Takeo,Yokomatsu, Tsutomu

, p. 455 - 464 (2014/03/21)

An efficient method for the direct reductive alkylation of hydrazine derivatives with α-picoline-borane has been developed to synthesize a variety of N-alkylhydrazine derivatives. This method provided N,N-dialkylhydrazine derivatives and N-monoalkylhydrazine derivatives upon fine-tuning of the substrates and the reagent equivalency in a one-pot manner. The method was applied to the synthesis of active pharmaceutical ingredients of therapeutic drugs such as isocarboxazid.

1,2-Reduction of α,β-unsaturated hydrazones using dimethylamine-borane/p-toluenesulfonic acid: An easy route to allyl hydrazines

Casarini, Maria E,Ghelfi, Franco,Libertini, Emanuela,Pagnoni, Ugo M,Parsons, Andrew F

, p. 7925 - 7932 (2007/10/03)

α,β-Unsaturated hydrazones can be easily converted into N-allyl hydrazines by reaction with dimethylamine-borane/p-toluenesulfonic acid under mild reaction conditions. The reduction works well for N′-allylhydrazides but N′-allyl-N,N-dimethylhydrazines are

1-Acyl-2-alkylhydrazines by the Reduction of Acylhydrazones

Pei-Lin-Wu,Peng, Shao-Yu,Magrath, Joe

, p. 435 - 438 (2007/10/02)

1-Acyl-2-alkylhydrazines were easily prepared by the reduction of acylhydrazones with triethylsilane in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid.

Convenient Syntheses of 1-Acyl-2-alkylhydrazines

Okawara, Tadashi,Kanazawa, Yasunori,Yamasaki, Tetsuo,Furukawa, Mitsuru

, p. 183 - 184 (2007/10/02)

1-Acyl-2-alkylhydrazines 7 were prepared from hydroxamic acids 1 and amines 6 using 2-chloro-1-methylpyridinium iodide 2 or p-toluenesulfonyl chloride 3 in 27-68percent yield.
