2-Benzothiazolecarboxaldehyde, oxime, anti-(8CI) is a chemical compound with the molecular formula C8H6N2OS. It is a derivative of benzothiazole, a heterocyclic compound consisting of a benzene ring fused to a thiazole ring. The aldehyde group (-CHO) is present at the 2nd position of the benzene ring, and the oxime group (-NHOH) is attached to the aldehyde carbon. The "anti" configuration indicates that the oxime group is positioned opposite to the benzene ring. 2-Benzothiazolecarboxaldehyde,oxime,anti-(8CI) is primarily used as an intermediate in the synthesis of various pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and other organic compounds. It is also known for its potential applications in the development of dyes, pigments, and other specialty chemicals. Due to its reactivity and versatility, 2-Benzothiazolecarboxaldehyde, oxime, anti-(8CI) is an important building block in organic synthesis and has been extensively studied for its chemical properties and potential applications.

Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 1129-05-1 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 1,1,2 and 9 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 5 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 1129-05:
(6*1)+(5*1)+(4*2)+(3*9)+(2*0)+(1*5)=51
51 % 10 = 1
So 1129-05-1 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Benzothiazole-oxazole type alpha-glucosidase inhibitor and preparation method and application thereof

-

Paragraph 0022; 0023, (2018/10/19)

The invention discloses a benzothiazole-oxazole type alpha-glucosidase inhibitor and a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: adding a compound (II) andhydroxylamine hydrochloride in a methanol aqueous solution and a sodium carbonate aqueous solution to obtain a compound (III); adding the compound (III), zinc powder and ammonium formate in methanol and reacting to obtain a compound (IV); and adding the compound (IV), a compound (V), iodine and potassium carbonate in DMF and reacting to obtain a compound (I). The chemical formula of the compound (I) is as shown in specification, the chemical formula of the compound (II) is as shown in specification, the chemical formula of the compound (III) is as shown in specification, the chemical formula of the compound (IV) is as shown in specification, and the chemical formula of the compound (V) is as shown in specification. The benzothiazole-oxazole type compound has obvious inhibition effect on alpha-glucosidase, the preparation method is simple, reaction conditions are gentle, and thus, the benzothiazole-oxazole type alpha-glucosidase inhibitor is suitable for being industrially produced on alarge scale.
