The present invention provides a compound of formula (I) wherein X is a structure of the following formula (i), (ii), (iii), or iv G is O, or S; U is -(CR3R4)n-; W is CH2NHC(=G)R1, CH2NH-het, CH2-G-het, CH2het, C(=O)NHR2; and Y1, Y2 and Y3 are independently CH, or CF.
