The invention discloses a stable-isotope-labeled furazolidone metabolite and a synthesis method thereof. The synthesis method comprises the following steps: S1, reacting stable-isotope-labeled 2-bromoethanol with hydrazine hydrate to synthesize stable-isotope-labeled 2-hydrazinoethanol; and S2, reacting the stable-isotope-labeled 2-hydrazinoethanol with dimethyl carbonate to synthesize the stable-isotope-labeled furazolidone metabolite. The invention provides the synthetic method of the stable-isotope-labeled furazolidone metabolite for the first time; the stable isotope labeling raw materialis cheap and easy to obtain, the synthesis process is simple, the product is easy to separate and purify, and the chemical purity and isotope abundance of the obtained product both reach 99% or above,meeting the requirement for serving as a standard reagent for quantitatively detecting furazolidone metabolite. The metabolite is high in use value and good in economy performance.
