Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 1190861-39-2 includes 10 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 7 digits, 1,1,9,0,8,6 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 3 and 9 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 1190861-39:
(9*1)+(8*1)+(7*9)+(6*0)+(5*8)+(4*6)+(3*1)+(2*3)+(1*9)=162
162 % 10 = 2
So 1190861-39-2 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

NOVEL SUBSTITUTED PYRIMIDINE COMPOUNDS

-

Page/Page column 97, (2016/02/05)

The invention relates to novel substituted pyrimidine compounds of general formula (I), in which the chemical groupings, substituents, variables and indices are as defined in the description, and to their use as medicaments, in particular as medicaments for the treatment of conditions and diseases that can be treated by inhibition of the PDE4 enzyme.

Indolin-2-one p38α inhibitors I: Design, profiling and crystallographic binding mode

Eastwood, Paul,González, Jacob,Gómez, Elena,Vidal, Bernat,Caturla, Francisco,Roca, Ramón,Balagué, Cristina,Orellana, Adelina,Domínguez, María

scheme or table, p. 4130 - 4133 (2011/08/10)

The use of structure-based design and molecular modeling led to the discovery of indolin-2-one derivatives as potent and selective p38α inhibitors. The predicted binding mode was confirmed by X-ray crystallography.
