The invention provides a method for preparing hydrogenated bisphenol AF through catalytic hydrogenation. By using a transition metal supported catalyst as a hydrogenation catalyst, the bisphenol AF and hydrogen undergo an addition reaction to obtain the hydrogenated bisphenol AF, and the synthesis method has the advantages of favorable reaction selectivity, high yield, mild reaction conditions andenvironment friendliness in the production process, and is very beneficial to industrial production.
