The invention relates to the technical field of organic photoelectric materials, and in particular relates to phosphaphenanthridone derivatives, a synthetic method thereof, and an electronic device containing the phosphaphenanthridone derivatives. The phosphaphenanthridone derivatives are represented by a general formula (1) shown in the specification, wherein L1 and L2 each independently represent a single bond, a carbonyl group, an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 18 carbon atoms, or an aromatic heterocyclic group having 5 to 18 carbon atoms. According to the phosphaphenanthridone derivatives disclosed by the invention, a cyclic rigid structure is introduced, so that the obtained phosphaphenanthridone derivatives have excellent film-forming property and thermal stability, and can be used for preparing an organic light-emitting device, an organic field effect transistor and an organic solar cell; in addition, the phosphaphenanthridone derivatives can be used as a constituent material of a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light-emitting layer, an electron blocking layer, a hole blocking layer or an electron transport layer, and has the advantages of being capable of reducing driving voltage, improving efficiency and brightness, prolonging the service life and the like.
